This 300W Red Light Therapy device is made of 60 x 5w LED diodes which emit high powered 660nm & 850nm wavelengths of light. (Find out why these wavelengths are important look here)
Due to its size this device is best used for localised red light therapy. However it can still be used for half body use however as you will be further away the light will be of lesser intensity, and therefore less effective
This product is the most compact of our devices and fits nicely on a bedside table for instance. It can also be mounted if wanted and comes with a hanging kit as well.
Please see below illustration of example applications at varying distances. For example, at 6″ you will get high intensity of flight for deep skin therapy. Perfect for red light therapy on the face for example. Your skin will really bathe in the red light!

I bought the 300w light and I have held off writing a review because of course wanted to try it first! I did lots of research around led light therapy (Ari Whittens book on Amazon is great).
Reasons for buying: General wellbeing and relaxation to use during meditation / Increase energy (ATP & Mitochondria) production in cells and increase collagen skin firmness / help with recovery after weight training.
Benefits so far:
1. As soon as you switch on the light, this is the feeling you get from the red light glow – it switches on your relaxation mode aka the parasympathetic nervous system so this is of great benefit to health and stress reduction and increasing your happy and calming hormones, especially when paired with some soothing music.
2.For increased skin firmness I am using the light, collagen powder supplement mixed into food and time on my spike mat (bed of nails acupuncture mat for 5 mins), each to stimulate collagen production and blood flow and hopefully new and firmer skin. I feel you have to be committed to using regularly, right diet, exercise, sleep etc to see benefits.
I am really happy with the unit so far and will continue to use it long term. Red Light Therapy UK are the best priced on the market from my research, the service was really quick and when I asked for documents /certification of the product before I committed to buying, the response was really good and they emailed everything I asked for which was the certificate showing the wavelengths had been tested and verified. So I would suggest to buy if you are thinking about it and try it for yourself, use it regularly and set-up your own home bio-hacking spa! Go for the smaller unit if you are not sure and upgrade later if you like it. Hope this helps!
