I was happy to purchase the double Helios 1500 watt red light therapy unit and stand in March /026.
After asking a few questions which were readily answered to my satisfaction I chose this unit over others due to the unit coming from the U.K. and having a five year warranty. There are sites offering units with a claimed higher performance than the Helios but we discounted them as they were largely from the US with the inherent issues that purchasing from a foreign country brings - especially if there are warranty issues. My wife and I have been using the unit for a few weeks now and are very happy with the build quality although it’s definitely a two-man team job to put it together. There are two aspects which could be better in our opinion - the first is the depth which the stand allows its use under a normal bed - it means that you have to lie right on the edge of the bed to be under the centreline of the lamps. The second and minor aspect is that it really could do with a remote which included a timer. The last thing I would say is that it would have been better if a more comprehensive document about the best use and benefits of red light therapy had been included rather than little more than a pamphlet. Overall I’d give it 4 stars.
So pleased I bought this. It is easy to use and very enjoyable to lie under and relax. I have been using it for 20 minutes a day and have already noticed a difference in my skin looking healthier and smoother. I am glad I got the stand as I can lie down and use it on my bed (and imagine I am lying on a beach).
Very happy with the product and service - super quick.
I've only had it for about a month so a bit too early to comment on the physical results but I certainly enjoy using it and it's making a positive impact mentally for sure.
company response to my first review contains false claims
The false claim that they “did not hear from me after the 22nd of June” has a documented email trail followed with an email on 18 July 2025 to ask about my refund and there was no response for over 8 months. Then a follow up again on 8 March 2026, met again with no response, on the same return thread.This was just 2 weeks ago, constituting failure to discharge refund obligations.
After about 9months of your inaction, I decided to escalate publicly with my review, and SUDDENLY on the same day 25/03/2026, I get rude and unprofessional emails from the company amounting to misrepresentation and libel. Our correspondences contradict company claims and clearly shows no engagement before this review .
Requesting tracking details 9 months after I confirmed delivery is not due process but obstruction. They didn’t respond or ask 9months ago when I sent an email to notify them of the return.
The documented evidence shows the timelines : 20 June 2025 return initiated, 28 June 2025 delivered (Ref: P2G136060093), 18 July 2025 follow-up, 8 March 2026 follow-up, 8+ months of inaction, response only after public escalation. This pattern reflects dishonest conduct, misrepresentation of facts, and reputational defamation through false accusations.

Once again, we've asked since just last year to share the proof of delivery which you have not done. This is exactly why we offer a tracked return label, which you refused.
