Easy to use, there is no timer etc just two on off buttons, I have an Alexa to count down the session and play music when using
Overall very happy, hopefully it will help with the long Covid
I'm loving my light therapy device. It's much bigger than I expected but actually that suits me better. I can already see a difference with my skin. It's going to be a daily part of my health routine. I've started to take methyln blue as well which is supposed to significantly amplify the absorption of the IFR and NIFR rays.
Early days but I feel that the device has helped my ligament and joint pain. I have read up on the science and I feel confident that the Helios 2 will be a success. The company were quick on delivery and communicated well. Not the cheapest but probably the best.
I use this for a week now and can see the difference in my sleep. I have skin condition and I hope this light will be able to improve it.
Been using for a week now and must say that it is a well built product. I was surprised to have received all the parts that came with it and a nice information booklet. Haven’t had any results as it’s only been a week and I’m hoping it works for hair growth so that will take some time. Will update if it does work.
