I’ve only owned the 300w Helios for a week so I can’t comment about the longer term health benefits but I can say that I love everything about it. I have been using it twice a day for about 20 minutes a time and I feel it’s helping improve my low mood (I suffer from SAD). It feels like lying out on a warm summers day 😊 my cats have also taken to joining me on my sessions. It’s a really well made device that gives me confidence it will last a long time.
I’m using this on arthritic thumb and for cats arthritic lower back ..both showing signs of improvement. Going to shine it 8th my lungs to see if my asthma improves.
Very impressed so far. I have psoriasis which has cleared up after a week of using 10-15 minutes a day. It is also helping slightly with my mood but still early days but happy with my purchase and value of device.
Early days, but I bought this device to treat skin on arms which was sun damaged but then had severe reaction to swimming pool chlorine. After 5 x10 minute treatments the rash is already reducing and skin condition improving. Very pleased so far.
