I have been using my Helios for a few weeks now and feel very calm afterwards. I haven’t noticed any particular as yet however I know that it will take time and consistency. I love the size of the device and the light is really strong. The item was packaged well and came with the necessary equipment for hanging however I have just leant it against the wall for now and this has been working fine.

Extremely beneficial!

I bought the half body back in 2021 and I used it a lot to help me during the dark days in the U.K. and also with feeling exhausted most days. Like a warm bath

This is a full on light bath. I bought this product to help rehabilitate, and continue to use it regularly as it helps muscle recovery; reducing soreness and improving recovery time. On top of that a session feels great.
