This is a great quality product, the casing is solid, the lighting feels strong, and it stays cool with the internal fan.

I bought this months ago, it had adverse effects on me.. So, I returned it within the 60-day money back guarantee period they promised. since the 27th of June, 2025 that the parcel was delivered to them. I have sent emails to request my refund, but I have not gotten any response till today the 13th of November 2025. Please save yourself the stress of being defrauded. I will be reporting the company to the necessary authorities, and I will ensure that my hard earned money returns to me.

You messaged us to return on 20th June.
You opted not to take our return label on the 22nd June.
We did not hear from you after this, either to confirm the return or to pass on your tracking information so we can quickly process it.
If you can do this and prove that you did in fact return it ~27th June as you've stated we can find it and then of course refund you.
We can't do that without that proof. I hope this is understandable.

Very solid piece of equipment and really easy to operate. It's a much superior device to another one I bought elsewhere recently, which was not a NIR lamp as it claimed to be and broke after a few uses. At the moment I'm trying to use the device every day consistently but haven't yet got into a routine. My whole family is using it now so we might have to set up a booking system! Delivery and customer service were very good, so I would definitely recommend this business and this product to others.
