Bought it to use on my knees. Too early to see any results . Hopefully it will be of benefit in the long run
I wanted a red light sauna in a small cabin to give both well-being (for 3/4 people) and targeted (lower back) therapy. I received excellent advice on set up and consequently installed have two half body 600w units together with a stand. Early days yet but it's proving very effective.

It is very early days to review the performance of the light panel, as it only arrived a few days ago, but my hubby and I are both using it. He is targeting his painful arthritic hip and I am using it for my face, trunk and feet. It is very pleasant to use. The device is solidly built and high quality, and the lights are very bright. It is very simpe to use, with no complicated settings. I have every confidence that it is going to do us both good in the course of time.
Ordered Thursday night and arrived Saturday morning.It’s working well and a very powerful one.Yet to see results but seems a genuine product,don’t hesitate to buy one!
