Early days, but definitely seems to be helping with the various sites that I am experiencing joint and muscular pain. I purchased the handheld torch device to first see if red light therapy would make a difference. So far, I am impressed with the results and will consider purchasing a larger unit in the future.

We have a 600W red therapy device with a floor stand, which is great, but too big for travelling. As I find the red light helps so much with my sleep, I decided to get this small device, which comes with its own stand, for when we go away (ie for travelling). It is well made and solid and seems to work very well. It is a little heavy so I don't know how practical it would be for travelling abroad, but it's ideal for travelling within the UK in one's own car!
