I contacted this company to ask questions and was given honest answers, so I placed an order. Very fast delivery which was great. On receiving my packages I saw the boxes were very battered. The second box they were in was also damaged. Along with two coverings of box there was a very thick foam padding protecting the panel and stand. Excellent packaging or I think my device would have been broken. Once out of the box I did notice a small dent and scuff to the top right corner and I contacted the company to inform them sending pictures of box and dent too. I received a response straight back. The matter was resolved straight away. There was no arguing about it and the man (Dan) was very apologetic and could not do enough for me. Wonderful customer care. Made my entire experience fantastic, so smooth from start to finish. The panel is very high quality, strong and robust. (quite heavy for an old person like myself). But worth the effort to set up. With the life span of 5 year warranty I was happy. I was a passenger in a car accident and had really bad neck pain. On using the device I found really good pain relief on my first use and I have used it every day since with improvement each time. My husband strained himself in the garden and came in and that night he used the panel and was surprised to find he had relief too. I was asked by my neighbour how I was and I told him about the panel now he is looking into it too. I would recommend this to others. great bit of kit. I have told many friends about, I cant stop singing its praises. I can now move. It really does work.

Excellent prodcut

So pleased I bought this. It is easy to use and very enjoyable to lie under and relax. I have been using it for 20 minutes a day and have already noticed a difference in my skin looking healthier and smoother. I am glad I got the stand as I can lie down and use it on my bed (and imagine I am lying on a beach).

Very good service, I received a response to an initial email immediately. The product is sturdy and straightforward to operate. I have ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. This has already helped with my energy levels. I've seen an improvement in my sleep stats on my Garmin, and it has helped with pain overall. I tested the smaller version from Helios for a year before taking the plunge with this. I should have invested sooner.

Solid, reliable panels that do what they say from a UK supplier at a great price

Having spent many hours comparing different suppliers, came to the conclusion the Helios 2 1500w panels fitted my requirements perfectly. Packages arrived promptly, well packaged within 2 business days. All the bulbs were intact and working perfectly.

These panels don’t have the bells and whistles of some of the more expensive options from other manufacturers, but do you really need a touch screen and voice controls?
