Early days but I am hoping to reap health benefits by using the unit every day.

I’m very pleased with this panel. Have used it every day for a week now. The heat is very relaxing & warms the skin. I’m using it for arthritis in my shoulder. It does ease the pain. I find that my eyes are sensitive to the bright lights so I wear the eye goggles. Also I prefer sitting sideways on so that I’m not looking at the light at all. I’m sure I’ll get used to using it & look forward to more benefits.

I consider this a real investment into my health and researched lots of options before purchasing - the Helios 2 was a perfect size for the cost and I was reassured by having a UK stockist. The light arrived very quickly and works perfectly - I use it twice a day in the morning and evening and I feel it’s already making a big difference to my mood and energy. I’ve been using this on myself every evening and the results, albeit small, were there after the first use. It’s easy to use, plug it in and off you go!
As a sufferer of arthritis, it’s made a difference to my stiffness and pain. And I’ve only had it a week.
Got my mum using it and she can feel a difference with her joints and sleep.

Excellent customer service, answered my Qs beforehand and shipped quickly - arrived the next day. Am using my red light panel for ME/CFS - it is helping me with muscle pains. Too soon to tell if it helps my energy levels. Has a soothing, slightly warming effect. Chose this product after much research and finding they were considerably cheaper than others with the same spec and quality.
