Arrived next day delivery. Handy sized piece of equipment. Gives a nice relaxing glow. Enjoying it so far. Too early to see results hence 4 not 5 stars
Only had my unit one week soo too early to make an assessment. However I do feel energised after use, but haven’t felt any relief as yet for my arthritis in hip and knee.
We have used for around 3 weeks now: bought for teenager with hyper mobile EDS to help with joint pain. He was VERY sceptical and expectations were low, but he says “it really works. If I use it at night then I sleep better and pain that would have been worse by morning is actually better by the next day”.
To confirm, teenager also has ADHD and sleeps badly: he has noticed that he sleeps better after using it. Using the red light has improved some minor acne as well.
The rest of the family are borrowing it for tennis injuries, skin care, sleep and meditation, we are all finding that it works: noticeable improvements to skin inflammation and joint pain and sleeping more deeply/ with less interruption.
As other reviewers have said, the kit is good quality: we have the slightly longer one that hangs on a door but can also be held and moved around quite easily between rooms. The only other thing that would be helpful is an instruction sheet for the clips to hang it, it was obvious to my teenager but some of us are not good at this stuff!
We bought this thinking it might become another white elephant / failed attempt at pain management but we are very happy that we did - it has been the only thing that has made a noticeable and immediate difference to our son’s pain.
Ive currently only received the stand and still waiting for the full panel but had no update as yet. The service has been great so far otherwise.
It’s still a bit early to comment on the full efficiency of the device, but so far I’m pleased with it. The setup was very easy, and I’ve already noticed a slight healthy glow on my skin after using it for 10 minutes after my bedtime skincare routine. I’m hopeful that with continued use, I’ll see even more benefits.
