I have had the Helios 2 series 1500W unit for just under 2-weeks and use it for 20-minutes everyday. I have noticed significant improvements to skin tone, reduced joint pain and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
I cant recommend it highly enough.
After six 20 minute sessions of the lamp, I have not enjoyed a single minute of relief from my arthritic knee pain. This is very disappointing.

Such a solid lamp and quality hanging system, thank you. I have been using it for only a few days for 5-10 mins and have noticed changes in my skin but most of all I badly stubbed my toes. 3 toes swelled, went purple and couldn't walk for 2 days however regular use of the ligtht on that area healed it within 3 days with all symptoms and visible bruising gone. I have also noticed a visible difference in my facial skin too, plumper, smoother and less of the small crinkly wrinkles
