After spending a small fortune with a chiropractor, seeing physiotherapists, doctors and having hospital referrals to help with my neck, shoulder and lower back pain which I have suffered with now for many years, and seeing no improvement I was beginning to find myself at a loss.
I discovered very recently that a friend who uses red light therapy had themself received great success with easing pain, improvements with their skin healing and also improved hair growth. I thought I must give it try and hoped that I would also see some great results.

After using the Red Light Therapy for 20minutes the first night it came, my painful neck and shoulder already started to feel slightly eased. The following day I was feeling many cracks from my neck as the muscles around the area had seen such a decrease in tension that it was able to provide me with more range of motion than I have been able to gain in a very long time.
I am a very active person within my work as a self employed cleaner and following an exercise plan I have created for myself which includes yoga, mobility training, strength and weight training which I have been doing for many years in order to try to strengthen and mobilise myself to help with the daily pains I have, I can truly say that all that I do and have tried in the past combined together do not equate anywhere near the benefits I am getting from using my red light therapy device for 20minutes per evening.
My neck and shoulder pain is already decreasing my lower back pain is still very high but I do believe that with consistent use I will also start to see great improvements there too. I have been using the device for just under a week.
I also do 5 minutes per night with my googles on facing the device to improve my acne and spots. I have noticed a great improvement with this my spots and scabs which could often be presents for weeks sometimes months are healing in just a few days and my skin feels softer and also appears brighter.
I am very happy that I purchased The Red Light Therapy UK Helios 2 600w half body device I wish I had brought it sooner!

Panel feels well built and of good quality.
Easy to use 2 switches for the two wavelengths
Takes time to start working so can’t comment for how well it works for me yet.
Fab that the panel came with door fittings and fixtures to hang up.
Comes with a manual with explanations on strengths and how long to use on each body part for.
Wish I had bought the longer one to save even more time!

Very well packaged and tracking the delivery was excellent. The therapy device was recommended to us by our son who has purchased the large version of the device. Very happy with the results so far in helping relieve shoulder pain and sleeping problems. Would highly recommend as an alternative to painkillers .
