I bought this because a red light sauna gave me an amazing energy boost after a bout of Covid. Just one was enough to see off the post viral lethargy.
A year later I had a mid winter follow up which also gave me a great lift. Then a friend bought one of these and after using it daily for 6 weeks looked dramatically better; healthier and younger. And she felt much better too.
I've used mine for 15 minutes a day on my face for 2 weeks so far and really enjoy meditating in the red glow before I go to bed.
It's a good quality, solid machine but easily portable as it folds more or less flat and isn't too heavy to move from dressing table to chest when I want to change from targeting face to abdomen. It's also very easy to set up and use.
I've noticed that a couple of blemishes healed up much more quickly than they normally would and that my skin feels smoother but decided to write a review this early when the second friend said I was looking particularly well and was I wearing a new foundation? One of them is now going to buy one!
I'll try to remember to update in a few months. Hopefully, there'll be even more noticeable improvements by then.
Very pleased with the speed of delivery and packaging. The lamp and stand fit perfectly together and are easy to move about even without the wheels on them. It is good to spend time just being still. I am enjoying using it but it is too soon to comment on any health benefits . I would be happy to comment in 2 months time .
I have had the Helios 2 series 1500W unit for just under 2-weeks and use it for 20-minutes everyday. I have noticed significant improvements to skin tone, reduced joint pain and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
I cant recommend it highly enough.
After six 20 minute sessions of the lamp, I have not enjoyed a single minute of relief from my arthritic knee pain. This is very disappointing.
Good quality product. Much stronger light than I expected.
